Eligibility
This facility offers a pleasant living atmosphere to individuals who meet the following basic requirements:
- Individuals must be at least 18 yrs of age
- The applicant's annual income cannot exceed the current maximum income limit as set forth by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
- Applicant’s must be experiencing Chronic Mental Illness.
Rent
Rents are based on thirty percent (30%) of the applicant's adjusted monthly income.
